Standard shipping is via US Priority Mail (2-3 day service). UPS Overnight or UPS 2nd Day Air shipping available for in-stock items, charges will apply based on Carrier rates. Orders must be received by 3 p.m. for same day shipping on UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Overnight deliveries. We will ship all available items, and ship out-of-stock items as backorders upon re-stocking. All items are discreetly packaged and labeled.

We do not offer a print catalog of our products. We update our product selection frequently, and our online store always represents our most current offerings.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
To process a return or exchange,
customers must first obtain an RMA number by emailing a request to:

Please provide your order number and the reason for an RMA request, and our customer service team will respond within 24 hrs.
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges only as permitted below:
Toys:
All novelty sales are final. We will gladly exchange defective merchandise. Simply return the item for exchange with the original packaging and your RMA number, within 10 days of delivery. Oils and lubricants may not be exchanged.
Clothing:
Exchanges permitted provided items are not worn or damaged. Clothing items may be exchanged for any other merchandise in the online store. Items for exchange must be returned within 10 days of delivery with an RMA number. Per Florida state regulations, panties are not returnable under any circumstances. All worn lingerie will be refused as non-exchangeable.
Items not qualifying for return will not be returned to customer.
