A: We ship all orders completely discreet in the boxes supplied to us from each shipper we choose, typically this is USPS or Fed Ex. There is nothing on the packaging that identifies our website name or the nature or contents of your order. Our return address on your shipping label discreetly identifies our corporate name and address.

A: Each purchase is billed discreetly to your credit card as Rock Prod. Inc.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a USPS or Fed Ex Tracking number and you may track the package's progress at www.fedex.com or www.usps.com.
PO Boxes and Military/APO addresses
Orders shipped to PO Boxes and Military APO's will be sent via USPS only.
Order Processing:
Standard Shipping: orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day following the date of the order.
Three-Day Shipping: orders placed before 3:00pm ET are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm ET are shipped on the business day following the date of order. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on the following Monday.
Two-Day Shipping: orders placed before 3:00pm ET are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm ET are shipped on the business day following the date of order. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on the following Monday.
Next Day Shipping: orders placed before 3:00pm ET are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm ET are shipped on the business day following the date of order. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on the following Monday.

Types of Shipping
Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping: within 3 - 5 business days.
Three-Day Shipping: Three business days after the order is processed, not including weekends or holidays.
For back ordered items with Three-Day Shipping, the order will be shipped by U.S. Priority Mail once the item arrives in stock.
Two-Day Shipping: Two business days after the order is processed, not including weekends or holidays.
For back ordered items with Two-Day Shipping, the order will be shipped by U.S. Priority Mail once the item arrives in stock. Hawaii and Alaska only: Packages sent to these locations by Two-Day Shipping will actually arrive in three days.
Next Day Shipping: One business day after the order is processed, not including weekends or holidays.
For back ordered items with Next Day Shipping, the order will be shipped by U.S. Priority Mail once the item arrives in stock.

Money Orders:
We are happy to process orders via Money Orders. To ensure proper processing, create the order by adding items to the cart and proceeding to the first page of Checkout, which will calculate appropriate shipping charges. Catalogs:
We do not offer a print catalog of our products. We update our product selection frequently, and our online store always represents our most current offerings.
Returns and Exchanges:
To process a return or exchange, customers must first obtain an RMA number by emailing a request to: info@somethingsexyplanet.com
Please provide your order number and the reason for an RMA request, and our customer service team will respond within 24 hrs.
We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges only as permitted below:
Toys:
All novelty sales are final. We will gladly exchange defective merchandise. Simply return the item for exchange with the original packaging and your RMA number, within 10 days of delivery. Oils and lubricants may not be exchanged.
Clothing/Shoes:
Exchanges permitted provided items are not worn or damaged. Clothing items may be exchanged for any other merchandise in the online store. Items for exchange must be returned within 10 days of delivery with an RMA number. Per Florida state regulations, panties are not returnable under any circumstances. All worn lingerie will be refused as non-exchangeable.
Items not qualifying for return will not be returned to customer.
Latex Warning:
Allergic Reaction to Latex. Some people have experienced a sensitivity to latex. If you have a sensitivity, please do not come in contact with latex products. We have identified all products that we know contain latex. If this is an issue for you, please be sure to verify with our operators that the product you are buying does not contain latex.
