Douches
Douches are special tools that allow a man to rinse his anal cavity prior to sex, to prevent embarrassing mishaps and increase worry-free pleasure. These tools work by dipping the tip into a container of clean, lukewarm water, squeezing the bulb, and allowing the bulb to fill with water.
