Pumps
Penis pumps are a sex toy devices that usually consists of a cylinder with a special seal in the bottom, and some sort of hand-powered device, like a bulb, to pump out the air in the chamber. The user inserts his penis into the pump through the airtight seal, and pumps out air until the vaccum pressure is to his liking. This vaccum pressure in the penis pump cylinder encourages the penis to become, and remain, erect for a better, stronger quality erection. Some special pumps have realistic vagina seals, others even have seals that detach to be worn as cockrings, once the desired results are achieved from using the penis pump. Almost always, the cylinder is clear or opaque so the user can immediately see the effects, and is often molded with graduated marks, for measurement while still in use.
